Cavanaughs Hospitality Corporation Announces New Regional Manager SPOKANE, WA -- Cavanaughs Hospitality Corporation (NYSE:CVH) has announced that Ronald Anderson will assume the position of Spokane Regional Manager, overseeing the operations of 1,309 hotel rooms in five hotels located in the region. He returns to the Northwest from Houston, Texas, where he was General Manager of the DoubleTree Hotel at Allen Center. He brings with him 18 years of hotel general management experience.

Ronald Anderson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Washington State University in 1975 then served for several years in the Hyatt Hotel organization. Prior to becoming the General Manager in Houston he served ten years as the General Manager of the 476-room DoubleTree Hotel Lloyd Center, in Portland, Oregon. While in Portland he helped coordinate the implimentation of cooperative operational and sales efforts among the five area DoubleTree Hotels, formally Red Lion Hotels. He won a number of awards within the company and was President of the Oregon Tri County Lodging Association. Under his leadership the hotel won the 1996 Meeting and Convention Magazine Gold Key Award to become the first Oregon hotel to receive this recognition.

Cavanaughs Hospitality Corporation serves the Northwest with 3,756 full service hotel rooms in 18 hotels, including 45 restaurants and lounges and 179,900 square feet of meeting space. In addition, CVH provides entertainment services through G&B Select-a-Seat, a 20-outlet computerized ticket company, and G&B Presents, a Broadway and special event presenting company. CVH also manages 3.1 million square feet of third party property management, 2,200 residential units, and owns 590,000 square feet of office and retail space.
